By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Ordering
Once you have entered your personal details including debit/credit card information, and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the product or products in the shopping cart. It is also assumed that you wish to have your debit/credit card deducted accordingly.
Change of Terms
We reserve the right to change the Terms under which the Website and the Goods are provided. Any such change will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these Terms. You should check our Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges if applicable are not included. If you are purchasing with a non-euro credit card the exchange rate shown on your statement is set by your card provider and not by timespear.com or Paper Juice Creative. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to withdraw from sale any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification.
Payment and Security
Your security and your confidence in timespear.com (Paper Juice Creative) are of prime importance to us. For this reason we use Stripe to facilitate your payment to us. We have no direct access to your financial details and their security is never in question.
Delivery Policy
Ireland:
Cost of shipping within the Republic of Ireland is €2.00 (Flat Rate)
Deliveries are made by An Post between 10am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Customers can expect delivery in 2-3 working days after your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email.
United Kingdom:

Returns Policy
If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order at hello@timespear.com stating the reason for return.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 7 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to us. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.
We will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
